What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a standard refund*.
*The payment processor fee of 2.9% will be deducted from the refund amount as payment processors do not return transaction fees upon refund.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, submit the form below or contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Who pays for return shipping?
As all of our products are digital, no shipping applies.
Refund Process
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 14 days.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, if you’d like to change to a different course for free, simply email us and let us know which course you’d like to switch to. Be advised that a free exchange is only available when less than 25% of the course has been completed.
